The day that marks one year from the opening of an Olympic Games is traditionally a moment of considerable fanfare. But, given the current circumstances, maybe it wasn't much of a surprise that Thursday, the one-year-out milestone for the postponed 2020 Tokyo Games, came and went with subdued notice.
