[SOLVED] problem with Persian & Arabic fonts

hi ,
my fedora have problem with Persian & Arabic fonts in browsers (google chrome & chromium in tabs and site title , somewhere in firefox ) after updating my fedora 31 using dnf update
it shows text like a line
I tried several ways like
change browsers fonts
change fedora fonts by tweaks
downgrade kernel
upgrade fedora 31 to 32
Help meeee !!
