Debian Buster and brand new GDDR6 PCIe 4.0 Graphics card

So let me say firstly that the graphics card works. BUT it is clearly and poorly underperforming.

To my knowledge this card is very new and that's probably why there might not be good support for its hardware.

The problem I'm having is that when I start up a game on steam (namely Warband Mount and Blade which is quite an old game), the game works but the graphics are very choppy and there is a slight lag. It's obvious to anyone who sees the gameplay that the graphics card is underperforming in a major way...

I updated and installed new drivers and I also upgraded my linux kernel from 4.19 to 5.6 (Debian Buster) but still it seems like nothing has changed.

I made another previous thread that I'm going to mark solved because I misunderstood what the real problem was and mislabeled it.

Any advice on what to do would be greatly appreciated!
