firefox two issues (distro independent)

Hello,
Maybe someone will be able to help me with these issues that I spotted recently in firefox
first problem:
I have firefox customized in a such a way that it does not make initial auto connections when starting (blank start page).
After recent updates firefox insist on connecting to cloudfront.net:
52.222.174.0/24
or
13.226.217.0/24
or
13.35.101.0/24
or
143.204.131.0/24
this is happening without any addons installed.
problem two:
there are two new weak ciphers that I can't find in about:config
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_128_GCM_SHA256
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_GCM_SHA384
these are weak cipher so I would prefer to disable them.
both issues are present after fresh installation of OS/firefox
