Audio Router

Hello,
On a Windows 7 HP620 laptop I use Audio Router to send the audio output of any application to headphones or speakers

I want to do the same thing on the same machine in Xubuntu 20 LTS and I tried with pavucontrol (Pulse Audio Volume Control) but sending the sound to speakers doesn't work
Is there a similar application for Linux like Audio Router? (I also did run it with wine64 but it doesn't detect any other application)
