New AMD Ryzen 4500u coming out - will Debian run on it?

I am thinking of getting the Asus PN50 mini pc.
It runs on an AMD ryzen 5 4500U processor. Since the cpu is so new, will it run on Debian 10 Buster?
Looking through the net it seems I might need to upgrade the linux kernel to 5.7 (manjaro forum).
I am currently using linux kernel 4.19 on Debian Buster 10.
The PN50 mini pc will be released in September 2020.
If I plug in my Debian 10 live-usb and get the BIOS to boot from usb - will the debian OS boot from the new mini pc?
My current pc runs on AMD as well. So since it's AMD - the usb should boot, right?
But AMD ryzen, zen 2 and vega integrated gpu are newer stuff to my old amd processor.
So will Debian Buster (4.19 kernel) boot properly on the new AMD cpu?
