File Association - Ubuntu 20.04

I have installed a new App : Quick and Easy Web Builder 7

1) It shows in the "Applications" folder

file:///home/alex4buba/Desktop/applications/quick-n-easy-web-builder-7.desktop

2) I right click the file, select "Open with other application", then in the search filed - I enter : quick-n-easy-web-builder-7
I tried also entering the entire line above

3) Then, I click that file, the wait circle shows up, bu finishes and nothing happens.

I must be doing something wrong, what?
