[SOLVED] Mouse Pad don't Work on Linux Mint 20 cinnamon

Hi everyone, I came here searching help or a miracle ..
I have installed linux mint 20 with a Dual Boot on a toshiba satellite S55-C5262 but I have serveral issues with peripherals, as my mouse my bluetooh doesn't work either. When boot from Windows 10 all works fine.
I though that the problem was with my distribution choice but even with booting with Ubuntu o OpenSuse from USB mousepad not works.
I only know basic about linux so, I don't know what can I try to solve this, or how change a driver or where find then.
I accept any ideas, please help here...
