Laptops loaded pre loaded with ubuntu

I read several times of laptops being sold loaded with ubuntu. I have been searching and what I found is laptops from Dell and Lenovo that come with windows and they tell you how to install ubuntu. I know how to install ubuntu. It is very hard to buy a computer without Windows unless it is custom built. Acer says they have one but from my past experience with Acer I probably wouldn't have one even if they were free. What I have done in the past is buy the new computer laptop or desktop and wipe Windows from the HD and then install ubuntu. The problem with that I am buying Windows and then deleting it.
