Trouble connecting to ethernet with nvidia card

Hello everyone !
I'm having trouble to connect to internet through ethernet with my nvidia networking card.

Here's the things I tried to do :
The stuff they put here : https://linuxconfig.org/linux-tutori...ing-with-linux
Adding forcedeth.msi=0 in the grub options.
Assigning an IP address manually to the card in the network manager settings. (even though I shouldn't have to).

sudo dhclient eth0 hangs forever.
There's no IP on eth0 when I run ifconfig.

Distro : Kali Linux (based on Debian)
Note : This occured on every linux distro for me, but usually one of the methods worked and I had internet. Also, it works just fine on Windows without doing anything.
Can anyone help me with that ?
