formating usb with bodhi linux on it.

hello , i have a usb (16g) with bodhi linux on it , i tried to format it , but it said read only
i tried the normal windows methode , i tried windows disk manager methode , i tried cmd (attribute disk clear readonly methode)
i tried gparted ubuntu methode , and the terminal methode (i found a question on ubuntu ask because i'm new to linux world )
none of these methodes worked for me .

note : when i boot from usb it stop at busybox screen and it said type help to show commands.
