HP Smart Tank 500 Communication error 5012

Hi there.
I have HP Smart Tank 500 and installed the latest driver HPLIP (v.3.20.6). The printer works fine over usb (usb://xxxx), but over hp protocol (hp://xxxx) it not work. Also the scanner not work too over hpaio protocol (with xsane).
hp-check shows error: 0 and warring: 1.
There are any suggetions for fix this?
