X Certificate and Key management (XCA) 2.3.0 Error Messages

I keep getting this error after trying to create certificates with xca
Code:table settings already exists Unable to execute statement - :0 (CREATE TABLE settings (key_ CHAR(20) UNIQUE, value VARCHAR(8000))) along with Code:The file 'certificate.xdb' did not contain PKI data I have reported this on github to the developer.
This even happens when I downgrade and use older versions.
