Elementary OS not recognizing OpenGL Renderer

I've installed Blender 2.9 on my kid's laptop and now I'm trying to run it. I get the following error message:
Code:Error! Unsupported graphics card or driver.
A graphics card and driver with support for OpenGL 3.3 or higher is required.The Laptop in question is Lenovo-G450
elementary OS 5.1.7 Hera
