UPDATE: Cambridge man and his dog killed in Flamborough crash

A Cambridge man and his dog have died after a single-vehicle crash in Flamborough Monday evening.
Police say the 23-year-old driver - the lone occupant of the vehicle - veered off the road and hit a tree on Concession 10 West not far from Valens Lake shortly before 7:15 p.m.
The driver and his dog were pronounced dead at the scene, police say.
The man's family has been notified. Police say they will not be releasing his name.
Hamilton police continue to investigate the crash, and ask that anyone with information call 905-546-4753 or 906-546-4755.
