need command or bash script to delete incomplete videos

hello,

I have lots of videos and many are incomplete. when I play them with vlc, they will play to a certain point, then suddenly quit and the vlc pilon appears and the circle jumps back to the beginning on the time bar. I try it again but the same thing happens at the exact same place. I want to delete those incomplete videos.
they are all in the same folder.

I use linux mint.

if I had a command or script that would play a video (in the present working directory) one minute before the end, allow 15 seconds to 'launch' and delete the video if it doesn't launch. if it does launch, let it play to the end.
either way, the terminal moves on to the next video when deleted or played, until they are all verified.
I have vlc and mplayer, but I prefer vlc. the computer is a relatively modern z77 with 32g ram but not connected to the internet, if that matters.

your expertise is much appreciated as always.latest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=MeyEIX2TWFQ:uTUikfiW-Bo:F7zBnMy latest?i=MeyEIX2TWFQ:uTUikfiW-Bo:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=MeyEIX2TWFQ:uTUikfiW-Bo:gIN9vFwMeyEIX2TWFQ
