Fresh Kubuntu 20.04.1 Install...ONE Tearing.

So I just installed Kubuntu 20.04.1 and I have a minute problem:
Almost instantly after I type in my password and press enter I get only ONE tearing...It also happens with my Void KDE which uses the Intel DDX driver...the problem goes away when I use Wayland...

anyway to make it work under Xorg ?
