Firefox doesn't include the confirmation number in a confirmation page for my mutual fund manager

When I make an order at my mutual fund manager (Fidelity), it pops up a confirmation page to print. I prefer to save it as text, but that doesn't work, so I use control-a to select the whole page, then control-c to copy, then paste it into emacs. control-a doesn't select the confirmation number. If I use the mouse to mark the whole page it doesn't select the confirmation number. If I use the mouse to mark just the confirmation number, it works, and I can paste it separately into my copy. This seems like odd behavior.
