Web printer setup doesn't work with Arch Linux

Hello everyone,
I have following problem: I have laptop which contains Windows 10. My printer is connected to this laptop. I have connected printer to my Kubuntu computer but cannot do it with Arch. How can I enable printing from Arch computer?
