PDF problem- filling PDF on my Linux

Hi guys.
I am new to Linux and I use Linux Mint 19.
I want to apply for Canadian citizenship and I need to complete some pdf directly on the government page here
https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ir...cit0007e-2.pdf
But something is missing in my Linux and I don t know what is missing and how to fix it.
I see this error:
'' This PDF documents contain forms . The filling of form fields is not supported''
