Moving Windows to Linux

I'm new to this forum. I've been a Windows user for a number of years and I'm thinking of installing Linux on my Windows 10 computer. Here are my PC specs..
Interl(R) Core (TM) i3-7100 CPU @3.90 GHz
4.00 RAM (3.90 GB Usable)
64.Bit OS, x64 based Processor
Am I able to install Linux on it?
