Error when resizing partition with Gparted
by jasper1378 from LinuxQuestions.org on (#583NA)
Hello all,
I'm trying to shrink my main Linux partition by 60GB (my computer is set up in a dual boot). I'm using a Gparted live USB. Whenever I try and resize the partition I'm getting an error that says: resize2fs 1.45.6; please run 'e2fsck -f /dev/nvme0n1p7' first. I've run this command from the Gparted live USB and tried again but it says the same thing. I'm sorry that I can't include The gparted_details.htm file as I have no way to transfer the file from the live USB.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
