Having issues with Sublime Text in MX Linux
by w0jtek from LinuxQuestions.org on (#585B7)
I can not get my Sublime install on MX Linux to get anywhere past the screen where it asks for a purchased license key, To save my life. I have installed using multiple methods, and the program always boots, but the only thing that pops up is that dialogue box. Once I close or click okay, nothing else happens and the rest of the software doesn't start. Sublime's free trial lasts infinitely as far as I'm concerned, so I'm really at a loss here.
I love Sublime it is one of my favorite text editors. Any tips?
I'm open to trying another text editor if there's no solution, I just don't know where to start. Thanks in advance!
(For those unfamiliar with MX Linux, it is debian based and has no systemd.)
