RHEL upgrade to next release | how to tie the minor version
by Ashish Sood from LinuxQuestions.org on (#586TE)
Hi Guys,
I am using RHEL7.8 and want to upgrade to RHEL 8.1 using leapp.
but when ever I used leapp to upgrade it upgrade to 8.2 which is the latest but application only support till 8.1 so there is is any way to restrict the upgrade to 8.1 only?
I tried the subscription manger but it is giving me the minor version for RHEL 7 only but not RHEL 8
subscription-manager release --list
subscription-manager release --set=<>
So is there is any way where I can tie the next release version?
i hope i can explain the problem
Regards,
Ashish
