Making sure that Deluge is using http proxy

Hi,
I am using Deluge 2.0.3 under Linux Mint 20.
I have configured Deluge to use a HTTP proxy.
Problem is my real IP is getting displayed (please see attachments)
How do I make sure the Proxy IP get exposed & not my real IP ?
