Void Linux and it's brilliant
by slackerz from LinuxQuestions.org on (#58G7W)
I stumbled upon Void Linux these past few days and am giving it a go. I think it's the best thing in Linux at the moment.
This is how a distribution should be. We shouldn't be looking to replicate an Semi/Open Source version of Windows which is what seems to be going on with some of the major leviathans in the Linux disro arena. Some distros also outright contradict themselves by shooting themselves in the foot.
Until a few days ago I thought that Linux was becoming a totally unusable platform for me. Got to be careful about this point. In the face of progress change can be questionable.
