Can't access SMB share on raspberry pi from ElementaryOS

Hi
I have a raspberry pi running Kodi (Libreelec) connected to my network with SAMBA shares enabled. I can access the share folders from my macbook (visible as LIBREELEC in the network sidepane of Finder)

I also have another computer running ElementaryOS and i can see LIBREELEC in the network (actually i can see it three times, the other two are called LIBRELEC (SFTP) and LIBREELEC (File Sharing). Whenever i click on any of these, i get a 'failed to mount drive: connection timed out' error. I get the same error if i use the IP address (i.e. smb://192.168.**.**) However, if i add the name of one of the folders that i know exists in this share (e.g. smb://192.168.**.**/Videos), then it opens fine.

Is there a way to make it so that linux lists all the shared folders in the file manager window like my macbook does?

Sorry if my question isn't well worded, I'm still fairly new to linuxlatest?d=yIl2AUoC8zA latest?i=llepBcJzp0k:KfBoOaUM3ik:F7zBnMy latest?i=llepBcJzp0k:KfBoOaUM3ik:V_sGLiP latest?d=qj6IDK7rITs latest?i=llepBcJzp0k:KfBoOaUM3ik:gIN9vFwllepBcJzp0k
