Deloitte, the consultancy giant hired by the government to help run the NHS test-and-trace programme, is involved in selling separate contact tracing services directly to local health officials in the UK, the Guardian can reveal.

Directors of public health have been invited to a demonstration of a local test-and-trace system developed by Deloitte and Salesforce, a US software company with which it has a business partnership.
