No sleep on my Dell XPS 9500 with Ubuntu 20.04 LTS

In short: I installed Ubuntu 20.04 LTS on my new Dell XPS 9500 in a dual boot setup on two separate internal SSD's. Linux did not want to go in sleep mode. I tried several steps as descibed in this Reddit post. It did not help but now Windows does not want to sleep either. I reversed the procedure and now I am stuck.
Does anyone knows something better to do that wait before maybe some update will fix this issue? Thanks!!
