Eagles use 2 late TDs to scrape out 1st win of season

The Philadelphia Eagles are on the board.
Quarterback Carson Wentz put the Eagles ahead with a rainbow 42-yard touchdown pass to Travis Fulgham and safety Alex Singleton ran an interception back 30 yards for a touchdown on the very next play to seal a 25-20 victory over the San Francisco 49ers.
With the win, the Eagles improved to 1-2-1 and, incredibly, the top spot in the NFC East. The 49ers fell to 2-2 on the year.
