Smearing of Video on UEFI system on text console after booting .

Hello All ,
All hardware except monitor type is in (*) Below . Which is a Dell 2407WFP , capable of 1920x1200x8@60Hz .
I have attempted the NOMODESET & VGA=XXX options at the Kernel CmdLine again to no avail .
The Solution to (**) below shows a script change or addition to a (I beleive ) Grub2 config file that sets the proper modes for the correction needed .
My searches have found nothing I can do from within elilo or the Kernel CMDLine that alleviates this issue .
Does anyone have any insight(s) to share using either elilo based config &/or Kernel CMDLine ?
