Unable to configure administrative users on axigen mailserver

Good day All,
kindly note that i am new to axigen, and i have recently installed axigen 10.3.2.11 on Centos 8. Everything is working fine except that i am trying to add and configure administrative user to manage specific domains that added on the server and am failing to do so as i dont get any of those options under administrative rights .All i can get under administration rights is domain admin limits. Therefore i wanted to know how i can go about on this issue.
