Can I rescue this dvd

I have dodgy DVD (not content wise - it plays fine on a dvd player), but in two different drives on my pc it fails, so I used ddrescueCode:ddrescue --no-scrape /dev/sr1 WD.isoIt ran for five hours, created a nice 7.6Gb iso file.
The I ran dvdbackup on the iso to extract the VIDEO_TS folder and contents, but the VOB files are playing as tho' they are still encrypted, see attached image
The VOB file looks the correct size, any ideas folks, what other tools are there?
I could stream it from a dvd player I guess - need to investigate that option.
