Remove "dots" from labels in Cinnamon .window-list-item-labels

This is in Mint 18.1, Cinnamon 3.2.7.
Are the dots, periods (ellipsis) at the right end of Cinnamon panel window-list-labels specified anywhere?
So maybe they could be eliminated -say with CSS - to see more description instead of dots?
