Receive email by Postfix.

Hello,
I want to have an email server by Postfix to receive emails from the Internet. For setup it on CentOS which packages are needed?
If my domain name is "my-example.net" then need I any subdomain? something like "mail.my-example.net". I'm thankful if anyone advice me.
