How to create users with independent desktops ?

Creating new users with terminal"sudo useradd" ? Not what i expected. Users all in same environment vs "autonomous" interface/desktop & all... like adding users in Windows or LinuxMint wysiwyg. Terminal not even switching user from user@computer ~ $ to user2@computer ~ $
