Ookla bintray issue

Hi Everyone.
My update manager says I have updates available. But running the app gives me this message:
"The repository 'https://ookla.bintray.com/debian tricia Release' does not have a Release file."
can somebody please help me correct this issue? it's starting to annoy me.

ADDENDUM:
Also receiving this message on Update manager run:
E: The package wps-office needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.
E: Internal error opening cache (1). Please report.
Need help.
