WHO Reverses Course, Now Advises Against Use of 'Punishing' Lockdowns

The World Health Organization says lockdowns are making poor people a whole lot poorer.

"What we want to try and avoid is these massive lockdowns that are so punishing to communities, to society and to everything else," said Dr. Michael Ryan, Director of the WHO's Health Emergencies Programme.
