Change gvim font in Slackware 14.2
by linyx from LinuxQuestions.org on (#597MJ)
Hello!
No matter what I do, I cant change the font size and family in gvim
(VI Improved in the menu).
.vimrc only affects vim in terminal, .gvimrc has no effect on that gvim. I changed fonts in kde systemsettings and xfce settings, and tried lxappearance slack build tool, but nothing affects fonts of gvim window.
I'm using xfce, fresh full install of Slackware64 14.2,
gvim font looks very small with huge letter-spacing, it's almost unreadable.
Also gvim has access to system clipboard - in register +
terminal vim has no access to system clipboard, how do I fix that?
Thanks!
