Another newbie getting unlocked.

I'm a former Xenix admin who once installed full up Unix on a Compaq Portable 286. But then went into Mac/PC stuff for years ending up as a PM. Today I'm running an understaffed project and am doing simple bash scripts and pawing through logs with my Python 3 coders. Good thing I don't recall much of the old school 'nix as it is very very different in Ubuntu these days.
