No audio dell latitude 3510 after mint 20 install

new Dell 3510 came with Win10Pro witch has been replaced with Mint 20 Cinnamon and is working perfectly except for internal/external speaker sound which doesn't happen. Bluetooth to headset and hearing aids is fine. after all the snooping I've done, which had no positive effect, I came to this.

Is the Playback OFF the issue, and is there a fix?
