vBox-6.1 file-browser window dead

While strugling with another issue, when I tried to install the Extension-Pack the file browser popped up for file selection, it was preset to ~/Downloads I think. The mouse was dead in this browser and I could not navigate it to where the file actually was. So next I parked a copy of the file right there in the default folder and with the mouse still dead used the TAB key to hit it and complete the installation. I'm just posting this as bug report but mostly as a workaropund for anyone running into the same problem.
