No Subscription for allocation, after getting Registered in the RHEL 6.4, Can anyone guide me ?

I have Newly Installed RHEL6.4, After that i have registered on
redhat.com cutomer portal through subscription-manager registered, cmd
but when i try to run attach -auto there is nothing on server for Subscription. can anyone guide me further as i an new to Linux & want to learn basic in linux OS.
i have tried below Executed cmd,
Subscription-manager list --available
output
No available subscription pools to list.
