Report: Hopkins expected to play on SNF vs. Seahawks
by Jack Browne from on (#59GCW)
Arizona Cardinals expect star wide receiver DeAndre Hopkins to play Sunday night against the Seattle Seahawks despite being listed as questionable with an ankle injury, a source told ESPN's Adam Schefter.
Hopkins has battled the ankle ailment for weeks but has managed to appear in all six contests so far this season.
Cardinals head coach Kliff Kingsbury said Friday he was hopeful Hopkins would be good to go.
The four-time Pro Bowler leads the NFL with 47 receptions and 601 yards through six weeks. He also has two touchdowns.
The 4-2 Cardinals will try and close the gap to the unbeaten Seahawks in the NFC West on prime time.
