md5 sum error after last update to current 64

I notice after my last two upgrades to current 64 that I'm getting a bunch of md5sum errors. Occasionally I would get a few of these in the past and I would just reinstall the offending packages. On these last two occasions, however, there have been something like 10 or 15 and I'm too lazy to reinstall all of them. Should I worry about it? Or is the package that is doing the md5sum(ing) at fault? Any of you seeing this?
