I got blocked out of the wiki!

I was browsing the LQ wiki just now and saw an article that was written in rather a stilted style that I thought I could improve on. So I logged in and clicked on edit. And this is what I saw:

Now of course, I have no control whatever over my IP address. That is assigned by Entanet (now City Fibre) and probably changes every time I switch on my router. Presumably the spammer referred to uses the same Internet provider (which is odd actually as not a lot of people use them)

What do I do now?
