Trying to update Opera

I am trying to add html 5 to my Opera files.
I used the command given and it can't find opera.
sudu dnf install chromium-freeworld opera brave
It says where is opera. I installed a opera stable rpm file and installed opera. As far as dnf is concerned opera isn't installed on the harddrive.
