[KDE] Already created partitions seems not to be used

A new KDE Neon installation on old PC (not the one in signature, an old HP 8100 Elite CMT with 14GB RAM and HDD) for my wife, to be used only for Zoom ballet classroom video lessons.

Created some partitions based on what I found on the net (really not an expert) but later noticed swap was not considered in system monitor, so checking attached status.

I didn't want to restart from scratch, neither find a way in partition manager to set specific partition types such as swap, can any samaritan give me a hint.
