Home partition full - email messages stuck in /var/spool/mail

I am using sendmail as our SMTP server along with dovecot and procmail. Messages are stored in $HOME/Maildir. Our home partition filled up over the weekend and we've got a whole lot of messages in /var/spool/mail. I've emptied out the home partition, and there's now plenty of space available. How do I deliver these to $HOME/Maildir so that our users can read them?
