The cornerback played all 53 defensive snaps in Sunday's contest against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

The Steelers announced Monday that all of their Sunday tests came back negative. Pittsburgh is also following the NFL's intensive protocol and taking precautionary measures at its team facility.

Humphrey, 24, is the latest NFL player to contract the virus after Green Bay Packers running back A.J. Dillon also reportedly tested positive following tests Sunday. Two Arizona Cardinals players reportedly tested positive for COVID-19 over the weekend as well.

Baltimore is currently scheduled to face the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.
